Give your child or teen the skills to approach tests with calmness and confidence.
Beyond strategies, this eight week course will change the way you or your child approaches test taking. Explore what triggers anxiety in the brain and learn how to reduce or avoid it all together. We teach and practice tools to be confident and grounded to build toward peak exam performance.
Learn what anxiety is and how it affects test performance.
Directly practice and experience relaxation techniques and calming imagery. Learn to access those techniques in stressful situations.
Build a test-taking action plan with personalized strategies ranging from mindset and confidence builders to nuts and bolts specifics - even down to picking out just the right outfit so that you’re as comfortable as possible on test day.

We offer groups for elementary, middle school, high school, and beyond. We have new Groups starting in March, so please give us a call for details.
